Every Festool guide rail can be used in combination with Festool Plunge Cut Track Circular Saws, Jigsaws and Plunge Routers, ensuring precise repeatable results.
The guide rails offered by Festool come in eight lengths which allow a proper length for every application. Special connectors allow mixing and matching of sizes to create the right configuration for each application. Of the nine rails available, Festool offers seven standard guide rails. The most popular sizes are the 1400 55" guide rail for cross cust and the 2700 106" rail to cut the full length on standard sheet goods with the TS 55 plunge cut track saw. Also available are two sizes in the hole series. A special indexed guide rail system using the hole drilling set makes fast work of perfect hole placement based on the 32 mm system for shelf pins and 35 mm holes for European hinges in cabinets.
